A photo of Craig Chappelle, a member of the Board of Directors. Craig Chappelle was a member of the original 2002 project steering group and chairman of DCW Incorporated until 2011, when he became a founding director of the company. He has lived in Denmark for 40 years and is a former journalist, media executive and Denmark shire councillor (1996–2004). Craig has been a director of DCW Ltd since November 2011.

   

A photo of Paul Llewellyn, a member of the Board of Directors. Paul Llewellyn has more than 40 years’ experience in capacity building, environmental planning, management and finance, and renewable energy. He has worked with government agencies and commercial organisations, and was an MLC in the WA parliament from 2005–2009. Paul has been a director of DCW Ltd since November 2011.

   

A photo of Murray Thornton, a member of the Board of Directors. Murray Thornton, BCom UWA, (Acctg, Econ) is a local business owner, farmer and former shire councillor. He has been a UN observer for East Timor, is a life member and former director of Surf Lifesaving WA, and a life member and former president of the Denmark SLSC. He is the third generation of his family to operate businesses in Denmark. Murray has been a director of DCW Ltd since November 2011.

   

A photo of Paul Mahoney, a member of the Board of Directors. Paul Mahoney BA (Hons), BCom (Hons 1st), has spent the past 15 years working around the world advising energy, resource, and renewables companies. He is currently a co-founder and director of the Electric Mine Consortium, a group of 20+ global miners and service companies working to achieve zero carbon emissions. Paul is also a principal of Slate Advisory, a boutique strategy consultancy, and State of Play, a global research group. He joined DCW Ltd as a non-executive director in 2022.

   

   

A photo of Jacqueline Bell, company secretary and administrator Jacqueline Bell, MA, ACMA, company secretary and administrator, has more than 25 years’ experience in finance and management, in the UK and Australia. Her previous positions include financial controller in a major sub-sea and pipeline engineering company, and manager of resource planning (capital projects) at a major university.
